Narrative View

The idea that there is something better, something kinder, awaiting us after this long difficult slog is the hope I cling to.  Daily.  Hourly.  Our reality is challenging.  Our lessons can feel like such a struggle.

Fortunately we get breaks.  We have blessings.  There are moments of respite and joy.  Even if they are small, they are there.

We also have the gift of insight.  We have the capability to rephrase what we’re seeing and sensing.

It always takes longer than we thought it would,

is what I heard recently.  As if, time has no meaning… and in a sense.  It does not.  We invented the measuring system, and we invented the impatience of it.

As we continue our theme of last month, we see how our own impressions of where we thought we’d be, or what we thought we’d accomplish by a certain marker of time, might not be how this adventure is meant to play out.

When we stress or worry or fret over opportunities lost, years gone by, we initiate a state of grief which is as manufactured as the concept of linear time.  None of it is real.

What is true is that we will go Home.  We will make our own judgment of how well we treated others, how well we treated ourselves, how well we cared for our loved ones and the planet.  What we will NOT be contemplating is how much we earned, how many physical accomplishments we attained, nor any sort of corporate climbing/business advances.

Our impatience is created out of the false belief that getting “ahead” or doing more is of value.  It is not.  What matters is lovingkindness and compassion.  Now, more than ever before, those are the aspects of life here in these meat suits which must be looked at.  Which must be put before all else.

It is time to care.  About what’s important.  Now is when we must assess how we can alter our view of challenges, and make a turn, a switch, to see what is of value.  And maybe more importantly, what is not.

With Confidence

While I definitely believe in the “if you don’t like it, change it” theory.  I also have to wear this body and live in the real world.

There’s just been a wee bit too much REALITY in my life the past week.  Sometimes I find it difficult to manage.  I become overwhelmed with it all.

This is where my being a person of great faith comes in quite handy.  I know, with all of my whole and entire self that where we are, on this planet, in this plane of education, is truly just a stopping-over point.  I know, with all that I am, that we will get to go Home (eventually).

Here is where this one took me, here is the word that rang out the loudest:

trust

The Universe brings us reminders:  rainbows after a cleansing storm, babies after hard labor, presents we didn’t expect.

The gifts are there, the messages being delivered, it’s our job to find them, to decipher them, to accept them, to receive them.  To be grateful for them.

Often we struggle.  And that’s part of the process, too.  But in the end, we heal.  Sure, we sometimes go on to cycle around and have similar challenges.  That is another level of our lesson, spiraling ever upwards in our quest for Improvement.

The WAY we learn, the WAY we manage, that’s key.  That’s where we are better able to see our path, to use our tools, and find the peace we seek.

I was directed to this lovely validation.  When turmoil seems never-ending, we must remember that the solution will always arrive.

“I am at Peace

Divine peace and harmony surround me and dwell in me.

I feel tolerance, compassion, and love for all, myself included.”

At our own discretion, obviously.  Some folks maybe don’t warrant any kindness, currently.  But, WE sure do!  (And I, personally, am entirely at Peace with my decision to grant compassion where I see fit.)

Educated Observations

For days now, this message has been bouncing around in my head.  It has refused to take shape.  The edges staying blurred as I struggle with my own personal “things” versus letting go and opening up to receiving what we all need to hear.

Partly it’s been challenging for me because the signs of winter ending are simply not welcome.  I require a much colder forecast than what’s been my reality.

The truth though, is that weather makes a perfect metaphor for where we’re headed.  Wait a few minutes, and it’ll change.

             We are being guided in:

Acceptance Lessons

A strong wind will blow away.  A frost will melt.  A heat wave wilts, to be replaced by a refreshing breeze.  Rain does dry, and even droughts are eventually washed into green again.

So, too, are we moving through our journey.  Our learning changes on every level.  We begin with simple tasks, and move (hopefully) in to more complicated lessons.

That’s our soul’s evolution.  That’s what we’re here for.  That’s the actual goal.

When we get bogged down with the mundane, the physical, the difficulties, we forget to look at how much progress we’ve made.  We forget to notice the beauty in a tranquil sunset, or the glory that is a glitteringly gorgeous frost.

The most basic concept, the most simple idea, that of being in the moment, appreciating the gift in front of us, is what the Universe would like us to hold lovingly close, and to take forward as we walk our path, in all types of weather, on all sorts of roads.

And in validation, here are the two most perfect cards as illustration.

“3 of Water: Emotions

Celebration

You are becoming more and more available and open to the many opportunities that there are to celebrate in life, and to share this with others.

Let your hair down, take your shoes off, and start splashing in the puddles right now!  The party is happening all around you every moment.

10 of Rainbows: The Physical

We Are The World

This view, humanity being depicted as a rainbow of dancing beings, represents a time of communication, of sharing the riches that each of us bring to the whole, it shows us joined together in joy and gratitude.

When we recognize the common source of our humanity, the common origins of our dreams and longings, our hopes and fears, we are able to see that we are all joined together in the great miracle of existence.

When we can combine our tremendous inner wealth to create treasures of love and wisdom that is available to all, we are linked together in the exquisite patterns of eternal creation.”

In Allowance

There’s a lot (a lot!) going on this week, globally/politically.  None of which I am currently capable of commenting on, nor addressing.

Where I am putting my focus is towards spiritual stuff, emotional stuff, small stuff.

Little gestures can mean so VERY much.  We truly do not realize how far a smile, a hug, a caring touch, or even a tiny gift can mean in someone else’s life.

Here’s the word I keep hearing:

Contributing

Maybe we’re the one to brighten a day?  Maybe we’re the one to change a path leading in a less-than positive direction?  Maybe, all we need to do right now is love our neighbors, be present, and help where we are able.

The big shit?  We change it by starting small.  We change it by never giving up Hope.

And on our card altar, the most recognized sign of inspiration has appeared.  The rainbow in this image was the first place my eyes landed when I flipped it over.  I said: thank you! to the entire world.

In addition to complimenting our message beautifully, this is a tremendous validation.  It also comes with a very nice Affirmation we can carry with us in to the coming days.

“Labradorite  ~

telepathic communication, prophecy, auras, energy

You will soon see that a particular situation, that is causing concern and preventing you from moving forward, is due to fear.

This realisation is, in itself, a breakthrough; by acknowledging your fear you transcend it and a whole new vista becomes visible.  Soon fear will no longer obstruct you and you will move forward in leaps and bounds.

As you begin to achieve your goals you will realise that you can communicate with others telepathically and that this form of communication can influence events in a positive way.

By bringing your focus within, it is possible to energetically connect, and communicate to everyone and everything upon this planet.  You will gain invaluable insights which will help you focus your attention on that which will be of greater good for all concerned, including yourself.

This is an exciting and wondrous time for you, however you are being cautioned not to abuse this new found gift and to remember to always act through love and for the highest and best good of all.

Affirmation:

At the heart of all creation only love exists.

It stirs within my heart as it moves the earth and stars through endless cycles.

All is interwoven with light.

All is interconnected through love.”
