Open Hands, Open Heart, Open Mind

Everyone knows, by now, that one of my major lessons (and apparently that of many folks), is all about the Release.  The Letting Go.  The No-Longer-Clutching-For-Dear-Life-With-A-Death-Grip.

Recently another of my past lives was revealed to me.  And boy howdy!  Was it just a big ol’ pile of LET THE FUCK GO nearly from start to finish.  (It also answered several questions, once I gazed about and saw the scenery…)

What I have learned from exploring these various meat-suit travels my spirit has gone on, is that we can definitely see patterns.  We can definitely observe cycles and loops of what we’re working on, where we’re headed, and what helps us the most.

The Universe reminds us now, whenever we have the option, it’s a great idea to sit quietly and look within.  Slow the outside noises, set them aside.  Here is where we find our

Clarity

As I’ve said before, three minutes behind a closed door if that’s all we can manage.  Better even than that?  A nice lie-down with some relaxing music or guided meditation.  But truthfully, for us to take just a mini Self-Care pause, is better than not doing it at all.

And in that brief opportunity, that still-mind moment, we really are able to see our answers and regain our center.  It works, I promise.  Clearing our brains will bring on solutions, serenity.

Our job here is to seek out what rings true, what gives us hope and joy, then ….. we share it.  The more we can focus intention in our spare seconds, the better our souls can connect with our hearts.  And the better we can connect with our loved ones.

Small, simple steps lead to enormous benefits, advancements on all levels.  We are worth it, take the time.  Our clarity is there, in the quiet.

At Present

Any time I’m in a car, sitting* quietly, not driving nor moving, and it’s rainy, I have pioneer wagon-train flashbacks.  This past week our family went west.  It was glorious, and not at all like the original journey.

*Turns out, I do this maybe more than most people.  Huh.

The Oregon Coast is known for its EXTREME beauty.  I have never been disappointed, no matter the weather.  There was a gale warning in effect during our stay.  This pleased me.  On top of everything else already good, we also had extra wind.

Several times I had someone drive me to the shore.  Where I sat, still and silent, but for the sound of nature.  I watched endless power and exquisite glory, that which is the pounding surf.

We had no set plans, we had no destinations.  Merely “being” was our goal.  This is the first time we’ve ever done an extended-stay sort of trip.  Everyone arriving when they could, as schedules permitted, a rented house at our disposal.  My gratitude is immeasurable.

cozy corner

Here is where I ended each night, on a landing/between floors.  Listening to the sounds of my loved ones, and my beloved Pacific.  More than once, this is what I heard:

in the moment.

The entire time, it was evident that what our focus needed to be was living (and appreciating) this gift.  And as I returned home, unpacked (finding sandy reminders), I kept being made aware of the importance in doing things like this.

Similar to when we talked about buying the boots, time spent in doing what we enjoy is never wasted, is never regretted, is never anything but what we are here to learn.  All students gain knowledge so much better when the lessons are positive.

To find joy in such simple pleasures is to see value in our lives.  Yes, there is certainly still shit going on, and yes, we are unquestionably still needed to do our part.  That doesn’t mean we can’t take a break, we can’t recharge, we can’t build our power.

The Universe has a brilliant way of leading us to precisely what we need.  It’s our job to appreciate it.

Bonus.  My son and I accidentally ended up touring a lighthouse.  Just when I thought it all couldn’t get any better …..  it did.

More than three and a half decades worth.

It’s anniversary week (end).  Not for the website, but for my actual, real life, marriage.  35 years since the wedding, (almost) 37 years since I went to get gas that fateful day.

We’re going to leave town.  Not far.  But enough “away” to have some space and to remember who we are.  Where we came from.  Where our starting point was.

When I sat down to listen for this post, I was gifted so many memories of our amazing journey.  The road has by no means been smooth, nor luxurious.   It has absolutely been a chaotic fucking ride!

Here’s what the Universe would like us all to focus on, as we firmly seat ourselves in gratitude for those who have helped us get to this day, this destination:

do the work/feel the feelings

The thing about being married to the same person for so long is that you kind of get to know them a bit.  (Some of us are better at this than the other.  And it’s not the one you might think.)

In relationships, as in so many aspects of our life, when we have emotions arise, if they are not acknowledged, they become stuck and rotting and toxic.   When we don’t do the tiny jobs we need to accomplish, then they pile up and become huge tasks we can barely face.

To tally this many years (semi-)successfully, both halves must do their part, both halves must honour their emotions.  If one falls or flounders, it’s on their partner to do the picking up.

I fall down a ton.  He always picks me up.  There have been points when he needed me to pick him up, I hope I did as well as he has.

And I hope for everyone reading this, that they too, have someone to pick up, and someone who will pick them up.

This is the deck I was directed to for our continuing message.  It is entirely appropriate.  Also, look at the number…..

psychic sense

“Visions  ~  37  ~

Psychic images, clairvoyance, seeing, out of body travel

Mermaids do much of their work, their spirit work, by moonlight.  Under moonlight we can see so much more of what is taking place with each other’s energetic space, and the layers of our energetic field …..

When you connect to the moon, you will feel more whole, more attuned to the cycles of the world, and the fears you may have had around certain issues will fade.  You will allow yourself to see with your psychic vision, and you will speak of what you see …..

You will begin to understand and easily interpret the divine in alliance with your spiritual sense.”

Today’s Sharing:

is to thank Daniel.  He helped me with a borrowed car on the day we met/the day we found each other again, and he’s been there next to me ever since, plus so many lifetimes before.

             To you,

from me,

I would truly not have made it without you,

thank you,

more than I could ever say or show.

             Eight, two eight, eight-two.

Consideration and Assistance (edited version)

Ready for something a bit different?  Good, here’s where we’re going.

As many of you know, I have some struggles, lessons in this lifetime which are my own personal challenges.  It’s a funny thing, being a person who helps for a living.

Your situations?  I can see them all day long.  Your questions?  I can answer them with no trouble and no delay.  However, when it comes to MY shit?  Yeah, that’s a whole ‘nother level of ….. well, let’s just say we all need to ask for aid.

Here is who I recently reached out to.  And this is what we discovered.

Go visit Vera and Christina (HERE) to learn more about their work.  And if some of those images seem familiar, they are.  I’ve connected to their place before, and have several pieces of art here at home.

Be sure to check out more of their videos HERE.

Next week, we return to our regular format.  Thank you all, for understanding that this is the direction we needed to go right now.

Fun Facts

As I’ve put in my time and studied my craft, I’ve learned quite a bit about the field of metaphysical practice.  And, in this past year of spontaneously channeled messages, I’ve amassed even more information.

I am being directed to share some of these Universal Truths as our topic today.   Most of it can be found in, on, and around this site.  It appears to be past time for much of it to be gathered all in one place.

In no particular order, here are some bits and pieces, all of which, I know to be true:

  • We have one soul, but many bodies.
  • We live many lives, parallel to one another.  (For instance, when a  significant event happens at, say, the age of 25, that energy will ripple through all the other lives during the same time period.)
  • We all have a Team.  Guides, guardians, teachers, loved ones, elementals, angels, etc…..
  • At some point, we sat down with members of our Team to plan this exact life we’re in right now.
  • There are a number of Exit Points throughout our lives, we may take them, or we may pass them by.
  • It is never our place to Judge, because when we leave these bodies, we WILL be held responsible for our actions.  All of them.
  • Angels are real, and they have never “belonged” to any religion or spiritual order, they are independent beings who work only for the highest good.
  • There is one dedicated being who is in charge of nothing else but our dreams.  (They have names, and yours may tell you what theirs is at some point.  All you need to do is ask.)
  • We all have one primary Guide.  We also have other guides who join us farther along the route.
  • There are no mistakes, only lessons.
  • Coincidence is a fictitious human-brain invention to explain the unexplainable nature of synchronicity.
  • There is no purpose to guilt or fear, other than to slow our progress down and teach us how to remove negativity from our journey.
  • We are never alone.
  • Where we are now is not real, but where we go when we leave these bodies is.
  • No matter what you call Mr and Mrs God, Divine Source exists.

Today’s Resources:

are a massive compilation of what I have gathered and remembered, from more places than I could possibly list, from more lifetimes than I could possibly enumerate.

Today’s View:

is this collage-y grouping that I put together, in lieu of an illustrated card.

A focus on the positive.
A focus on the positive.

If anyone has questions about this post, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Additional, Last Minute, Fun:

is that I asked Dan (via this video message app we have on our phones) if he could think of anything that I might be leaving out.  Here’s his contribution,

all beliefs are valid, in the name of Tolerance.  One is not better than another.”  Good one, Honey, thanks!
